Ok, lets see where to start….I am a member of the Canadian Forces now, as well as Professional Touring/Studio Drummer/ Clinician/Teacher. The touring is much harder now…lol
I am currently working with a number of projects. C0NDU1T was my last major project, before joining the forces.I am available for Live and Studio, so if you’re in need of a drummer for tracks, shows or what ever , give me a shout . I’ll do my best to accommodate.
As for me, I have been playing drums and percussion for almost 43 years and counting. My intentions when playing drums is to be as much of a machine as possible, and from the words of one of my fav drummers “Gene Hoglan” my job is to make eyes pop and jaws drop… I work exceptionally hard at my craft and take it very seriously. My main interests and hobbies are Music and Speed related, I guess you would call me a adrenaline junkie.
I have worked in the entertainment business for a number of years as either a professional musician/clinician or professional production technician doing (FOH) front of house sound, monitors, lighting, rigging, pyro-technics, stage manager, guitar/drum tech. Virtually every job that’s production related except for a few years where I tried to do the proper thing and got a real job, lol. I have professionally raced motorcycles for 8 years of my life and managed a Kawasaki dealership. I have always had an obsession with going fast and feeling the adrenaline pump through my veins.
I have also done the high-tech thing as many of us have done. I have a programmer analyst and technical recovery specialist degree, as well as I have worked for some of the largest IT companies in the world. I have also owned and operated my own telecommunications company. As for right now the military and music are my main focus.
I am currently accepting Students for Drum Instruction for the next few months, I only have a few new openings, so if you’re a new drummer and want to learn, or a seasoned pro looking to improve their chops and technique, get a hold of me and we will hook something up.I teach everything from Metal to Jazz drumming and everything in between. I have a keen eye for picking out technique flaws that may hold you back from reaching the next level.
