Yesterday’s Villains is an alternative rock cover band out the Quinte West area.
The band consists of a very diverse group of folks:
Mike O’Donnell is the fearless leader, taking on lead vocals and rhythm guitar. He takes a lot of influence from 90’s based alternative rock. Being influenced by the Stone Temple Pilots, The Foo Fighters and many more. He’s a very talented musician, and vocalist.
Scott Hutchings is the lead guitar player, and does some singing’ too. He grew up on AC/DC and Metallica, and stole most of his tricks from Tom Morello.
Andrew Brickman is the bass player (he be slapping’ da bass, mon!) and the second back up vocalist. He attributes Dimebag Darrell as the reason he plays guitar, Kurt Cobain as the reason he writes, and Billie Joe Armstrong as the reason he sings. Influenced, by Nirvana, Pantera, and Green Day. Andrew Brickman is very diverse with his music catalogue.
Dave Melvin locks down the rhythm section on drums. This thundering percussion machine will give you the beats all night long!
