The Quinte Arts Council is a registered charitable umbrella organization dedicated to promoting artists and arts organizations in all disciplines and to further appreciation of arts and culture in the Quinte region. Our office, which includes the Quinte Arts Council Gallery and Gift Shop, is located at 36 Bridge Street East in downtown Belleville.

Programs include Arts in Education, World Music and Dance, Art in the Community, Stand Up For the Arts, Catch A Rising Star, The Arts Recognition Awards, Expressions Juried Art Show, Umbrella Arts Newspaper, Website Directory and Artist Referral Service, and more.

The QAC Gallery and Gift Shop presents the work of local artists including paintings, photography, pottery, sculpture, gift cards, CD’s, books, jewellery, wood turnings, carvings, glasswork and a host of items for home or gifts.
